Also whilst at Modus, I worked on the toilet refurbishment for Allco Finance Group. The main idea was to use a simple tile to create dramatic effect, drawing from several geometric artworks found in the office space.
Above is a visual presented to the client at the beginning of the job, with the photo below showing the finished space.
After having successfully implemented the refurbishment, we were then asked to create a concept scheme for the expansion of their offices to a second floor. This design would have to work with the existing elements whilst creating an efficient flow between the two floors. Below are the floorplans and Sketchup visuals presented to the client.
