Afghanstan: Crossoads of the Ancient World - Exhibition, British Museum, London, 2010
Another exhibtion I worked on for Real Studios was this temporary exhibition at the Bristish Musem. The aim for this exhibition was to reveal the remarkable cultural history of the country through an amazing collection of artefacts. We used a large format graphics running along the main curved wall of the interior, to draw you into the Afghan landscape from every corner of the exhibition.
As you make your way through the space, the colours change from whites to purples and reds, highlighting the change from each separate area of the exhibition. Display cases were arranged with staggered heights, drawing from mountainous terrain, allowing each artefact to be viewed in isolation.
